Cinnamon Butter Coffee

Enjoying a creamy cup of cinnamon butter coffee is one of my favorite ways to start the morning. Lattes used to be my drink of choice because of their delicious milky tasty and texture. This was before I began the keto diet and was introduced to heavy cream and butter in my coffee!

Cinnamon butter coffee is an easy breakfast that will give you energy and a satiated feeling that lasts throughout the morning.

I use a Keurig Coffee Maker so that I can grind the coffee right before I brew it. It’s a great machine that’s very easy to use. My favorite coffee right now is  Groundwork’s Black Gold.

Cinnamon Butter Coffee

Serves: 1 cup


8oz Organic Coffee
2 tbsp Raw Heavy Cream
or 1 tbsp Grass Fed Butter
½ tsp Vanilla Extract (alcohol free)
¼ tsp Cinnamon
⅛ tsp Nutmeg
⅛ tsp Salt


Brew 8 oz of coffee using filtered water with 2-3 tablespoons coffee beans.
Pour freshly brewed coffee into a blender
Add Raw Heavy Cream or Grass fed Butter
Add Vanilla, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Salt
Blend for 10 seconds
Pour into your favorite coffee mug and enjoy!
