Creamy Spinach Alfredo Sauce

This creamy spinach alfredo sauce tastes awesome and is very versatile. It can be used in a number of recipes or eaten by itself. One of my favorite ways to enjoy it is poured over some steamed vegetables.


1 head cauliflower steamed
1 cup chopped spinach
4 cloves minced garlic
½ stick grass-fed butter
½ cup unsweetened nut milk
¼ cup fresh basil
salt to taste


Drain your cauliflower and add to blender
Saute the minced garlic and spinach in a small saucepan with a little butter over low heat. Cook for several minutes until garlic is soft but not browned then add to blender
Add butter, nut milk, basil, and salt to your blender and blend for several minutes until the sauce is very smooth
