Keto Bread

Try this awesome bread recipe and you will never have to miss bread again! All you need are a few basic ingredients and a regular size loaf pan.

Almond Flour – 1 1/2 cups

Eggs – 6 (separated)

Butter – 4 TBS (melted)

Baking Powder – 3 tsp

Salt – 1 pinch

Cream of Tartar (optional) – 1/2 tsp

Food processor or electric mixer

Bread/loaf pan


1 – Preheat oven to 374 degrees.

2 – Separate egg whites from yolks. Add Cream of Tartar (optional) to the egg whites, and beat until soft peaks are achieved.

3 – In mixer/food processor…combine egg yolks, butter, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. It should be thick, with lumps. (combine ingredients one at a time while mixing)

4 – Add 1/3 of the beaten egg whites to the flour mixture and blend/process until mixed.

5 – Add remaining 2/3 of egg whites and gently blend/process. ( do NOT overmix! The less you can mix, the more volume your bread will have).

6 – Pour mixture into bread/loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes, and check with a toothpick.

This makes a loaf that should be roughly divided into 20 slices.
